Play chess at the London Chess Classic Festival

The LCC Festival will give players of all standards the chance to compete in chess events. These will include:

• the FIDE Masters, a 9-round classical chess tournament suitable for players seeking title norms

• the FIDE U-2000. a 9-round FIDE rated classical chess tournament for those rated under 2000

• 2 x FIDE-Rated Rapidplay, 7-round tournaments occuring on the first weekend.

• Evening Blitz tournaments suitable for players from relative beginners to experts, with 1 x qualification place per tournament to the Super Blitz tournament which concludes the 2024 London Chess Classic.

• casual chess games against other visitors to the XTX Markets London Chess Classic.

Entries to the above events allow players to spectate on the elite event of the 2024 London Chess Classic and visit the commentary room on the day(s) of the event they are participating in, and a separate spectator ticket is not necessary.
