Play chess at the London Chess Classic Festival

The LCC Festival gave players of all standards the chance to compete in chess events. These included:

• the FIDE Masters, a 9-round classical chess tournament suitable for players seeking title norms

• the FIDE U-2000. a 9-round FIDE rated classical chess tournament for those rated under 2000

• 2 x FIDE-Rated Rapidplay, 7-round tournaments occurring on the first weekend.

• Evening Blitz tournaments suitable for players from relative beginners to experts, with 1 x qualification place per tournament to the Super Blitz tournament.

• casual chess games against other visitors to the XTX Markets London Chess Classic.
