LCC Schools’ Festival

The LCC Schools’ Festival will welcome over one thousand children and their schools to the Emirates Stadium for a day of fun chess activities. These will include:

• chess lessons from CSC tutors

• simultaneous games against chess masters

• the chance to meet and possibly play a game against a chess Grandmaster

• tournaments against their peers from across the country.

Priority will be given to schools that are part of the CSC Schools’ Programme. Through this programme, CSC runs weekly curriculum lessons and chess clubs in over 300 schools around the country. To find out more about the work of CSC in schools, please visit our website here.
