How to Reach the Emirates Stadium (TUBE)
Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line) is the nearest tube station, around three minutes’ walk from the ground. Unfortunately, there is no step-free access leading from the station platforms to the station exit.
Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly Lines and Great Northern rail) is around a 10-minute walk. Finsbury Park station is wheelchair accessible.
Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line, Overground and Great Northern rail) is around a 10-minute walk and is wheelchair accessible
How to Reach the Emirates Stadium (TRAIN)
King's Cross is the main connecting station for national rail and many underground lines. From here you can travel to the stadium via the Piccadilly Line (to Holloway Road) or the Victoria Line (to Highbury & Islington). King’s Cross station is also wheelchair accessible
Overground: alternatively, a short-overground rail journey of one stop will take you from King’s Cross to Finsbury Park station.

How to Reach the Emirates Stadium (BUS)
High frequency services on multiple bus routes will take you within a five-to-10-minute walk of the stadium. Main bus stops are located on Holloway Road, Nag's Head, Seven Sisters Road, Blackstock Road and Highbury Corner. All Transport for London (TFL) bus routes are wheelchair accessible and have clearly marked priority seats for people with limited mobility. On most buses the wheelchair ramp is positioned at the exit door and there is one wheelchair user place on each bus.
How to Reach the Emirates Stadium (CYCLE)
Emirates Stadium is fully accessible by bicycle with deisgnated cycle storage. There are a number of cycle routes through the area, and as Islington is a small, relatively flat borough, it’s a great way of getting to the stadium. How to Reach the Emirates Stadium (CAR or MOTORBIKE)
Visitors to the London Chess Classic are strongly advised not to drive to Emirates Stadium. The stadium is situated in a mainly residential area with extensive parking restrictions in operation.
Only car owners with resident's permits will be allowed to park on-street in the designated areas and any cars parked illegally will be towed away.
